This 15-minute consultation is designed to help you determine which training option best fits your goals, background, and schedule.
We’ll review your training history, current needs, and performance goals, then walk through the available programs so you can move forward with a clear plan.
A $50 deposit is required to book the consultation. This deposit is applied in full toward the program you select or refunded following the consultation. This helps ensure scheduled consultations are respected.
This option provides ongoing strength and conditioning programming delivered monthly.
Programs are designed around key movement patterns, energy systems, and performance demands, whether tailored to a specific sport or built for well-rounded athletic development— not individualized to specific injuries, limitations, or preferences. This allows for high-quality, well-structured training at scale while maintaining a strong performance focus.
This option is available to all athletes. Simply select either your sport or the General Training option on the intake form.
New programming is released on the first of each month to support ongoing progression.
This service provides individualized strength and conditioning programming built specifically around your goals, training history, and current needs.
Unlike sport-only templates, personalized programming accounts for where you are now and where you want to go, allowing for smarter progressions, better recovery management, and long-term consistency.
This option is best for athletes or adults who want a higher level of structure, accountability, and coach involvement.
This service focuses specifically on developing speed and explosiveness to enhance on-field or on-court performance.
The program is delivered as a three-week training cycle, with two dedicated speed sessions per week:
One session focused on acceleration
One session focused on max velocity
Training emphasizes sprint mechanics, force application, and intent—helping athletes move faster and more efficiently in sport-specific contexts.
