PowerLab Sports Performance LLC is committed to delivering high-quality digital training programs and coaching services. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through PowerLab Sports Performance LLC are FINAL.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • One-time training programs

  • Subscription-based programs

  • Online coaching services

  • Digital products

  • Downloadable or streamed content

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any reason.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Once access to a program or service is granted, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Lack of results

  • Injury or illness

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to use or complete the program

  • Dissatisfaction with the content

  • Accidental purchase

  • Early cancellation of a subscription

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

If you purchase a subscription-based service:

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date

  • Cancellation stops future charges only

  • No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused time

It is the client’s responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions prior to renewal.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a service already delivered constitutes a violation of this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide documentation to payment processors

  • Terminate access to all services

  • Ban future purchases
